I hope that everyone can overcome their learning disabilities in their personal and professional lives. I hope that my desire to learn remains undiminished, and I can keep moving forward.
India's Cricketing troubles I don't follow cricket much, but losing a semi-final to England without taking any wickets might be worse than getting all out for 36 in Test cricket. The knives will be out as they should be. However, there are some interesting insights:
You are always alone...you give it your best shot all the time and the outcomes are not always in your control. We need to trust ourselves more than the experts and learn continuously.
Business relationships are usually based on transactions and the outcome determines the strength of the relationship, unlike relationships with family and close friends. In a competitive world, when you falter there's someone to take your place.
To be proactive, clarify your values, do thorough research, and be ready for different actions. People often tell me I'm overthinking, pessimistic, or not being present when I suggest a way forward. My close friends and family saw it, so I can't even imagine what my work colleagues thought.
A good meal and chat last evening with friends, and we reminisced about the past. It provided me with thoughts on who I was ....... and perhaps in a later blog what I am now.
Celebrate and respect our diversity, stay grounded and work towards a better future.
This year, which had many expectations, is becoming more pessimistic, but we have the power to improve it. We have 50 more weeks to ensure 2022 is a renaissance year for the common man. Have a good weekend.

Getting older should also mean you are getting better at some things, which is true. However, father time does take its toll and forces you to adapt as well. Have a great year ahead.
Milestones and goalposts are simply points of reference on your journey to success. I find that direction is more important than goals and goals in fact limit us.
Next time you reach for your bag of chips, remember to follow up with exercise, otherwise the doors may have to be replaced and shopping for non-essential items such as clothes may not be allowed for a while. Happy snacking…
