Insights and Reflections on Life: Personal Experiences and Perspectives

A good meal and chat last evening with friends, and we reminisced about the past. It provided me with thoughts on who I was ....... and perhaps in a later blog what I am now.

Celebrate and respect our diversity, stay grounded and work towards a better future.

This year, which had many expectations, is becoming more pessimistic, but we have the power to improve it. We have 50 more weeks to ensure 2022 is a renaissance year for the common man. Have a good weekend.

Most of us who receive higher education set goals and often achieve them,

Need to position or articulate a point of view.

Literally take charge and learn to be happy and make others happy as well.

Getting older should also mean you are getting better at some things, which is true. However, father time does take its toll and forces you to adapt as well. Have a great year ahead.

Milestones and goalposts are simply points of reference on your journey to success. I find that direction is more important than goals and goals in fact limit us.

Next time you reach for your bag of chips, remember to follow up with exercise, otherwise the doors may have to be replaced and shopping for non-essential items such as clothes may not be allowed for a while. Happy snacking…
